Philip and his team are the most professional team I have ever met. I was tasked with selling my mother's home because she was moving into assisted living at age 95. I needed all the help I could get. Philip and his team walked me through everything. They went over and above every step of the way. They assisted me in clearing out the house which was a huge help. They did a fantastic job staging the home and made perfect recommendations for the few things that needed to be done to present the house at its best.
