Over 100 million in sales volume in 2021, Philip continues making records ranking in the top individual Agents in Orange County and #1 individual Agents in Rossmoor.  An experienced agent of over 20 years, with a primary focus in the communities of Rossmoor, Seal Beach, Los Alamitos, Long Beach, and Huntington Harbour. Philip has expertise in nearly all facets of the industry.  His business continues to grow as he works to provide his clients with an exceptional full-service and client-centered approach that ensures his buyers and sellers achieve maximum results while minimizing stress.  

Born and raised in Rossmoor and as a Los Al school Alumni, Philip understands the community and his family roots run deep there.  His uncle was a local real estate broker in Rossmoor, and his father has owned and operated a maintenance company since 1968 in Los Alamitos.  At a young age, Philip mapped a clear path to his career in real estate, even investing with his father at age 14 in his first income property, a single-family home in Los Alamitos which he later leveraged into a multi-unit apartment building in Belmont Shore.  Philip’s well-rounded skillset for real estate was built in part with his calculated combination of education, obtaining a small business degree, and work experience, establishing himself as a management company in 1993, and working as a mortgage loan officer from 1996-2003 before becoming an Agent at First Team in April of 2003 to present.  

In an industry where authenticity can be hard to find, Philip stands out among the competition as a trustworthy professional, connecting with his buyers and sellers on a personal level.  'My motto is ‘clients for life’.  I stay in touch with my clients to build a long-term relationship with them instead of a one-time deal.  I’m always available for my clients and easy to get ahold of.  They know that when they’re ready to move, buy, sell, or invest they can give me a call.'  Philip has dedicated his career to being the top resource for his clients during transactions and well beyond.  Compassionate, empathetic, problem solving and personable, he is a unique individual who truly finds reward in helping others.  

Married for more than 20 years to a professional interior designer, Philip’s wife Danielle provides full-service home staging for his listings, a complimentary service Philip provides to his clients.  Together they maintain over 5,000 square feet of warehouse space for their carefully procured inventory. Highly customized staging and stylizing for both vacant and occupied homes on-demand to his clients has been an invaluable tool to ensure success.  'I love preparing a marketing strategy for a home for sale.  It’s my favorite part of the transaction.  I look to maximize the homes presentation with quality staging for vacant homes and stylizing for occupied homes to increase value and desirability and obtain the best marketing foundation with photos and video.'  With his hands on in-person showings, open house, and virtual tours he strives to achieve top notch customer service and highest value for his clients.

Philip employs the support of an exceptional group of professionals that includes a Realtor Assistant, transaction coordinator and administrative assistant.  He also utilizes the resources of an extended network of industry-related specialists who offer the same level of customer service that his clients have become accustomed to.  With extensive personal experience and knowledge in home improvement and creating value, Philip has client solutions and resources for everything from purging and cleaning, paint and flooring, electrical and plumbing fixtures, to renovations and beyond.

Whether he’s being called to represent a listing or simply fielding questions about the state of the local real estate market or implications of property tax status with Propositions 60,90,19, Philip is always available to speak with past, current, and prospective clients.  He enjoys the opportunity to act as a resource and an advocate in the many circumstances a home may be listed for sale, such as moving up, down, out of area, or trust estate sale, probate, or an investment property 1031 exchange. He looks forward to earning more 'Clients for life' throughout the coastal Orange County and Long Beach communities.
